The Creative Park app will provide you with hours of fun and inspiration, whatever your age or crafting ability. With a wide variety of crafting projects on offer, including fun ways to personalise your stuff, models to make and even games to enjoy, you'll find something you can make in the comfort of your home, either on your own or with family and friends. The Creative Park app is the simple way to access and print inspiring ideas directly from your mobile phone. It's available for both iOS and Android, in a range of languages. To get started, simply download the app from the App Store or Google Play. Here are five of our favourite things that you might not know about the Creative Park app, and a few tips to get you started.
The Creative Park app is completely free! Simply download it onto your smart device. The first time you launch it, the app should automatically take you to the web page to complete the straightforward Canon ID registration process, or you can also register (or sign in if you already have a Canon ID) by navigating to the top right-hand menu tab and tapping on Confirm/Create Canon ID.
To print from the Creative Park app you will need to connect a compatible Canon PIXMA Inkjet printer – check the list of supported printer models*. To connect your printer, navigate to the right-hand menu tab and go to 'Add Printer' under the 'Settings' options.
Creative Park is a great way to bring the whole family together. Why not bring the outside in and craft a collection of cute animal friends?
2. Finding inspiration is easy
Make your home come to life
Select your favourite shots and print on Magnetic Photo Paper to customise your kitchen with a colourful collage on your fridge.
Load your printer with Magnetic Photo Paper and you could create a bespoke display for your fridge – and it's simple to reshuffle when you're ready for a refresh. Keep the party going by printing out pictures of friends to hang on your wall. Pop some 5x5-inch Plus Glossy II square photo paper in your printer (or 3.5x3.5 if compatible with your printer) and you can print your favourite shots in Instagram format. These retro-style prints look great anywhere, but they're a favourite for pegging onto a string or ribbon to add some colour to a wall or shelf and create a party atmosphere.
